Please do not include passwords, access tokens, API keys, or other sensitive information in your message. If you need to show us a failing value, replace the secret parts first.
What to include
Getting a useful answer quickly
- A tool gave a result you did not expect
- Tell us which tool, the input you used with any secrets removed, the result you got, and the result you expected. Because everything runs in your browser we have no logs to look at, so the example is all we have to work from.
- Something in a guide is wrong
- Send the page and the sentence. Corrections are welcome and we would rather fix an error than leave it standing; where a claim rests on a specification we will check it against the source and update the page.
- Privacy or data protection
- Read the Privacy Policy first, since the tools process nothing on our servers. For requests it does not answer, email us with "Privacy" in the subject line.
- Advertising and partnerships
- Advertising on this site is served through Google AdSense. For direct enquiries, email us with "Advertising" in the subject line.
- Suggesting a tool
- Tell us the problem you are trying to solve rather than the tool you imagine. We add tools where we can also explain the format properly, so the underlying problem matters more than the feature.
